My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was incredibly convenient, close to several attractions, the condition of the rooms and the overall service left much to be desired. I had to switch rooms multiple times due to cleanliness and maintenance issues, which really affected my stay. Additionally, interactions with the staff were not as helpful or friendly as I had hoped, which added to the frustration of my visit.
